DESCRIPTION
This simulator provides practical training in the maintenance, diagnosis and repair of air source heat pumps and boilers. Through an immersive environment, students identify components, carry out technical procedures and solve common breakdowns, improving their skills in a safe and efficient way.
OBJECTIVE
To provide interactive and realistic training that enables students to learn how to operate and maintain thermal systems, optimizing their learning through practice in realistic environments.
ACTIVITIES
- Exploration and identification of the components of an aerothermal system.
- Carrying out the maintenance process for aerothermal equipment in a residential environment:
- Turning off and disconnecting the system.
- Dismantling.
- Cleaning the components.
- Revising the coolant.
- Defrosting.
- Carrying out operational tests.
- Diagnosing and repairing an aerothermal system, including the detection of various faults and their correction.
- Exploration and identification of the components of a boiler.
- Carrying out the maintenance process of a boiler:
- Turning off the system.
- Cutting off the gas supply.
- Dismantling components.
- Cleaning the inside of the heater.
- Safety check.
- Diagnosis and repair of a boiler, including the detection of various faults and their correction.
