DESCRIPTION
The simulator allows users to experience first-hand the situations of discrimination based on gender, age and race suffered by a 45-year-old woman of African descent with a solid academic and professional background who aspires to a management position in a technology company. In addition, it is possible to experience the simulation from an external perspective, allowing for a more detailed analysis of the prejudices and microaggressions that affect the character.
