DESCRIPTION
Designed to offer a complete training experience, focused on learning, identification, assembly and editing of low voltage electrical panels, covering domestic and industrial environments and photovoltaic installations.
OBJECTIVE
To teach the operation and correct installation of different electrical panels in a safe environment.
ACTIVITIES
- Identification, checking and provision of the PPE necessary for working with low voltage installations, such as insulating gloves, safety glasses, dielectric footwear and protective helmet.
- Identification of the components used in the assembly of electrical panels, including circuit breakers, contactors, relays, circuit breakers, earth leakage switches, programmable logic controllers, fuses and other essential elements.
- Assembly of different types of electrical panels:
- Domestic Panels: Assembly of basic electrical panels for homes, including protection such as circuit breakers and residual current devices, as well as simple control elements.
- Industrial Panels: Assembly of electrical panels for industrial environments, integrating advanced control devices such as contactors, relays and control modules necessary to automate processes and manage large loads.
- Photovoltaic panels with inverters, regulators and batteries, for both off-grid and grid-connected installations.
- Electrical panel editor: Allows teachers to create and customize electrical panel assembly exercises. Includes:
- A library of components to select and place in the panel.
- Tools to design and organize the space of an electrical panel.
- Ability to save and share created exercises.
