DESCRIPTION
This simulator covers all aspects of mechatronics as applied to lifts, allowing students to gain practical experience in a safe environment while accurately replicating the real-world conditions of lift maintenance.
OBJECTIVE
Providing a safe and effective environment for carrying out lift maintenance tasks, with a particular focus on minimising the associated risks.
ACTIVITIES
- Maintenance operations:
- Extensive Maintenance S1.
- Extensive Maintenance S2.
- Inspection Maintenance.
- Statutory Inspection Maintenance: Legal Visits (LG).
- A protocol structured in five stages for each check-up, ensuring an optimal and safe procedure during the operation:
- Inspection during the first ascent: Assessment of the lift’s performance during its initial run, identifying any potential faults.
- Work carried out in the switchboard room or engine room: Carrying out adjustments and checks on the lift control system.
- Work in the lift shaft and on the cabin ceiling: Inspection of guides, cables, pulleys and other key components of the drive system.
- Work in the pit: Inspection of shock absorbers, sensors and safety systems at the bottom of the lift shaft.
- Work on the door operator: Checking that automatic doors are working properly, ensuring they are correctly aligned and safe.
