DESCRIPTION
This simulator is designed to provide practical training in landscaping, urban garden maintenance and the upkeep of recreational areas. Through their studies, students acquire the skills needed to plan, implement and maintain green spaces, as well as to design irrigation systems.
OBJECTIVE
Providing practical and in-depth training in landscape design and the maintenance of green spaces, enhancing students’ skills before they are faced with a real-world environment.
ACTIVITIES
- Water planning: Design and organisation of irrigation systems adapted to the characteristics of the land, optimising water distribution according to soil type, existing vegetation and environmental conditions, with the aim of ensuring the efficient and sustainable use of water resources.
- Landscape design: Designing proposals for green spaces, taking into account factors such as climate, the hardiness of plant species, soil type and environmental conditions, with the aim of creating functional, balanced and environmentally friendly spaces.
