DESCRIPTION
Virtual Reality Simulator to learn and practice airless or spray gun painting techniques on vehicle parts or decorative surfaces and to carry out protective coatings correctly.
OBJECTIVE
To facilitate the practice of applying paint in different areas and taking into account different objectives without the waste of material that would be involved in carrying it out in a real environment.
ACTIVITIES
- Applying paint in a vehicle workshop:
- Mixing paint.
- Adjusting air pressure: Setting the compressor and spray gun for the right flow.
- Painting parts: Applying painting techniques taking into account parameters such as distance, angle, overlap and correct distribution.
- Applying decorative paint at home:
- Surface preparation: Placing tape to delimit the painting area.
- Paint preparation: Diluting and mixing acrylic paint with water.
- Wall application: Applying painting techniques taking into account the correct distance, angle, overlap and distribution.
- Protective coating in a garage:
- Airless equipment: Configuring the airless system to spray coatings.
- Application of fireproof coating: Painting beams with several layers.
