DESCRIPTION
A simulator designed to develop the skills needed to navigate the job search process, ranging from personal and career self-awareness to preparing for and conducting job interviews with avatars guided by artificial
intelligence.
OBJECTIVE
Developing the personal, communication and professional skills needed to improve students’ employability through the practice of recruitment processes.
ACTIVITIES
- Preparing for a job interview: This activity is designed to help participants understand and apply the key principles required to prepare effectively for a job interview: job analysis, verbal and non-verbal communication, attitude, etc.
- Waiting room: A pre-interview activity in which students must identify appropriate behaviours and make decisions in line with the professional context.
- Job interview:
- For candidates with no or limited experience: An interactive AI interview that allows you to practice your answers, tailor your responses and receive an automated assessment of your performance.
- For experienced candidates: An interactive AI interview in which students can select the type of role or tailor the exercise by uploading their own CV, practicing how to discuss their achievements, skills and experience in real-life
contexts.
- Vocational aptitude test: An interactive AI interview designed to guide students on which types of activities, environments and careers best align with their career values.
- Personal profile test: An experience of self-knowledge based on a conversation with an avatar, designed to guide students towards learning and working environments where they can fulfil their potential in line with their profile.
