DESCRIPTION

A training simulator designed to develop professional skills in the tourism sector. Through realistic virtual environments, students can practice organisational, communication and practical skills in professional
settings.

OBJECTIVE

Developing in students the skills required to perform their duties effectively, to a high standard and with a focus on the customer, while fostering professionalism, independence and decision-making.

ACTIVITIES

  • Museum guide:
    • Selection of visitor groups based on profile, age, interests and cultural background.
    • Selection of the artworks or spaces that will form part of the tour.
    • Adapting the content and level of detail to suit the audience.
    • Recording of the explanations for subsequent analysis.
  • Laundry management:
    • Receipt and technical sorting of garments by fabric, colour and degree of soiling.
    • Selection of suitable programmes, temperatures and products.
    • Safe operation of washing machines, tumble dryers and ironing boards.
    • Implementation of safety protocols and procedures for dealing with incidents or accidents.
