- Selection of visitor groups based on profile, age, interests and cultural background.
- Selection of the artworks or spaces that will form part of the tour.
- Adapting the content and level of detail to suit the audience.
- Recording of the explanations for subsequent analysis.
- Laundry management:
- Receipt and technical sorting of garments by fabric, colour and degree of soiling.
- Selection of suitable programmes, temperatures and products.
- Safe operation of washing machines, tumble dryers and ironing boards.
- Implementation of safety protocols and procedures for dealing with incidents or accidents.
