DESCRIPTION
This simulator covers everything related to mechatronics applied to lifts, allowing students to gain practical experience in a safe environment and accurately replicating the real conditions of lift maintenance.
OBJECTIVE
To provide a safe and effective environment for the practice of tasks related to elevator maintenance, with special emphasis on minimizing the associated risks.
ACTIVITIES
- Maintenance operations:
- Extensive Maintenance S1.
- Extensive Maintenance S2.
- Inspection Maintenance.
- Inspection Maintenance Legal: Legal Visits (LV).
- Each inspection follows a protocol structured in five phases, guaranteeing an optimal and safe route during the intervention:
- Inspection on the first upward journey: Evaluation of the elevator’s operation on its initial journey, identifying possible anomalies.
- Intervention in the control cabinet or machine room: Making adjustments and checks on the elevator control system.
- Work on the elevator shaft and cabin roof: Inspection of guides, cables, pulleys and other key elements of the traction system.
- Work in the pit: Checking the shock absorbers, sensors and safety systems at the bottom of the elevator shaft.
- Work on the door operator: Verification that the automatic doors are working correctly, ensuring their alignment and safety.
